This workshop has its roots in the Workshop on Next Generation Green ICT, which was held in conjunction with IEEE ICC 2015 in London, UK. This GCC workshop is held in conjunction with IEEE ICC 2017 in Paris. This workshop is sponsored by CONVINcE.
